Krishi Sadhan already had a working product and real users, but the experience wasn't keeping up with its vision. Farmers could access the platform, yet simple tasks like finding machinery or completing a booking often felt confusing. Small usability issues were slowly reducing user confidence and making it harder for the platform to grow.

Instead of adding more features, we focused on improving the experience people already had. We redesigned key parts of the interface, simplified the booking journey, strengthened the connection between the frontend and database, and removed friction from search, filtering, language selection, and trust-building elements. Every improvement was made with one goal: make the platform feel effortless for farmers to use.
